Anne Ward and
Bob Sandidge have consulted and provided training in the realms of
Communications, Marketing, Organizational and Personal Development actively
since 1994.
Both have founded and run their own companies and have worked extensively in
management, marketing, and sales in their own companies and on consulting
and long term projects for key clients.
In addition to our work with numerous corporations we have extensive
experience with human service agencies serving those with developmental
disabilities. Our work has involved consulting and training with these
companies and agencies in the areas of Communications, Negotiation and
Conflict Resolution, Outcome Planning, Creative and Case Note Writing,
Coaching Skills for Team Leaders, Effective Meeting and Presentation skills,
and Relationship Building. We have worked extensively with executive
leadership groups to define and implement Organizational Outcomes.
Anne and Bob have authored, designed, and implemented an Outcome-Based
Performance Evaluation System that aligns employee outcomes with
organizational and departmental goals. OPE is an integrated system that
encourages partnership at every level of the organization and across
departmental boundaries. The Outcome Performance Evaluation System is unique
in the field of performance evaluation and is a powerful tool that
outcome-oriented companies and agencies use to integrate an outcome
philosophy through the entire organization.

Anne and Bob are also co-authors of a book commissioned by The Illinois
Planning Council, "What People With Disabilities are Saying About
Living in the Community".
